1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the event registration platform of Rotary International District 3204 (District Office 2026-27) ("Portal", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "Registrant") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our portal for event registration or payment processing.

2. Description of Services

This portal is established to facilitate online registrations, delegate passes, ticket sales, and contribution processing for official events, district conferences, sports events, cultural programs, and Utsava organized under Rotary District 3204.

3. User Registration & Information Accuracy

When registering for an event on this platform, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete details (Name, Contact Number, Email, Club Name, Registration Category).
• Ensure that all delegates/guests included in your registration meet the eligibility criteria of the respective event.
• Acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may lead to immediate cancellation of entry passes without entitlement to any refund.

4. Payment Gateway & Currency

All transactions on this website are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

• Online registration fees are collected securely via Payment Gateway supporting Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), and select Mobile Wallets.
• Upon successful transaction completion, a digital registration confirmation and QR Pass / E-Pass will be issued to your registered email/phone number.
• Any bank processing charges, currency conversion charges, or gateway surcharges (if applicable) are governed by your issuing bank/gateway policy.

5. Event Entry & Pass Policy

• E-Pass Verification: Attendees must present a valid QR Code E-Pass (digital copy or printout) along with a valid photo ID card at the entry check-in counters.
• Non-Transferability: Delegate passes and entry tickets are non-transferable to another person unless explicitly authorized by the District Event Organizing Committee in writing.
• Right of Admission: Rotary District 3204 organizing committees reserve the right of admission to the event premises and maintain strict adherence to venue safety standards and decorum.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy Summary

Event registrations, delegate charges, and ticket bookings are governed by our specific Refund & Cancellation Policy. As a general rule:

• Event registration fees are non-refundable except in cases of official event cancellation by the organizers or duplicate charges caused by technical payment glitches.
• Eligible refunds approved by the District Office are credited back to the original payment source via within 5 to 7 working days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rotary District 3204, its officers, organizing committee members, or technical partners shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of event attendance or portal usage.
• Payment failures, delays, or bank network downtime caused by third-party payment gateways or issuing banks.
• Event delays or modifications caused by force majeure events, severe weather, governmental regulations, or natural calamities beyond reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, trademarks, content, designs, and software used on this site are the exclusive property of Rotary International, Rotary International District 3204, or its authorized technology partner (Accolade Tech Solutions). Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to portal transactions or event participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India.
